Inquiry forms collect name, business email, Tel or WhatsApp contact and the message supplied for quotation, compatibility or document review. Technical context may include product, host, route, quantity and destination details entered in that message.
Use of information
Submitted information is used for RFQ review, compatibility clarification, document requests, sample planning and business follow-up. Access should be limited to authorized commercial and technical personnel.
Document boundary
Datasheets, test records, certificates, packing files and compatibility notes remain tied to exact model and request context. Do not submit confidential firmware files unless a formal handling route is confirmed.
Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4 is configured with advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization denied. Analytics storage is enabled only after the visitor accepts optional analytics. The site stores that choice locally so it can be applied on later pages; the choice can be changed through Analytics choices in the footer. Analytics events describe page and inquiry-path actions and do not send inquiry form names, email addresses, telephone numbers or message text.
